My Favourite Books

The Portable Coach - Thomas J Leonard
This book was my first experience and introduction to coaching. It truly led me along the path I am on now. It has some great checklists and introduces some radical new concepts which really change your thinking.
Wonderful book and I still refer to it a great deal.

The Optimum Nutrition Bible - Patrick Holford
If you are confused about what foods are good for you and which ones really are bad for you, this book will give you crystal clarity. It is the best and balanced nutrition book I have ever read and there is also a Home Study course based on this book from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition. It also explains disease.
